About the Summit

The UTHealth Houston GoPA!–GoPE! Summit brings together researchers, policymakers, educators, practitioners, and country representatives from around the world to advance physical activity and physical education through global collaboration.

Over two and a half days, participants will explore the latest evidence, discuss the 2025 GoPA! and GoPE! Country Cards, share implementation experiences, and identify opportunities to strengthen surveillance, policy, research, and practice.

Hosted by UTHealth Houston, the Summit serves as a dynamic global platform for knowledge exchange and international networking.
